Return Policy
ONLINE ORDERS
Most items on our ordering site can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of receipt if the product has not been used, is in its original box and is in resalable condition. PLEASE NOTE: some items, such as food and calendars, cannot be returned at all, and are marked as such in our catalog and online.
SPECIAL ORDERS
Furniture: Because furniture is subject to natural wear and tear, returns must be made within 14 days. The product must not have been used and be in its original box in resalable condition. Custom-ordered and custom assembled furniture is made and/or assembled to your specifications. It is only returnable if it is defective or damaged when received. Please report any damage occurring from shipping immediately so a claim can be filed with the carrier.
Once we receive the sign off on a design plan and proposed budget, your order will be placed. Due to the customization of many projects, once orders are placed, most products are not returnable. Modifications or cancellations may result in cancellation or restocking charges by our manufacturer partners. Unfortunately, we will need to invoice you if such charges are incurred. If a Scope of Work is included with this agreement, costs resulting from changes to the scope of the project (including any additional requirements or restrictions placed on Innovative) will be added to the project price. When Innovative becomes aware of the nature or impact of the change, you will be notified, and all project paperwork will be updated. In this instance, a revised quote will be generated for signoff.
Promotional Products: Unless damaged or misprinted, custom printed promotional products cannot be returned past proof approval. Most goods without decoration may be returned for a refund, account credit or exchange.
Printed Materials: Printed materials cannot be returned past proof approval unless damaged or misprinted.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION
Innovative Office Solutions, LLC requires that you use a return authorization number or the packing list received with the product that you are returning. Please use our on-line return request form, or simply call our customer service department at 952-808-9900, option 3.

Tracking Your Online Order

5. Once you have found the order you would like to track, click “VIEW” under the “POD” column.

For local customers where we use our drivers: Online: My Account, View Orders, Invoices & Quotes, search for the order or invoice number, click VIEW under POD and it will give you the delivery details.

Ordered the wrong products and need to send it back? There are a few ways to complete this process.

1. On the My Account page click the Request a Return: Use this form to search past orders providing us with as much information as possible.

Saving Your Order
Saved Orders allow you to build multiple order over time and place the orders when you are ready.

- Save an Order: View the cart, then click the Save Cart link. This will clear your cart and save the order under the Saved Orders link.
- Saved Orders: To access your Saved Orders click My Account and navigate to Saved Orders. This page shows:
- A. Orders that are waiting for YOUR approval (if you are an approver)
- B. Orders that you having waiting for approval (if required)
- C. These are your Saved Carts
- Make Active: To retrieve an order click the Make Active link. If there are items already in the cart there will be several options to choose from, switch, replace, add, cancel.
Tip: If you only have one order to place and are building it over time, you don’t need to save it. Just leave it in your cart and continue adding to it each time you log in. It stays in your cart until Checkout.

If you are an approver for another user on your account, you will receive email notifications to approve orders.

- Any orders listed in the Orders Waiting Your Approval section require your attention before they are placed.
- Orders can be approved, rejected, or viewed from this page. Click View to see the details of the order prior to approval.
- The Make Active button allows you to place the order into your cart so you can edit it directly. For example, you can add/delete items, change quantities,
add a PO number and more; anything that can be done in a normal cart. Once you checkout, the order will be placed.
Tip: To approve or reject multiple orders at once, check the boxes next to the orders you wish to approve or reject, then click Approve Checked or Reject Checked.
