RETURN POLICY

OFFICE SUPPLIES

Most items can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of receipt if the product has not been used, is in its original box and is in resalable condition.  PLEASE NOTE:  some items, such as food and calendars, cannot be returned at all, and are marked as such in our catalog and online.

FURNITURE

Because furniture is subject to natural wear and tear, returns must be made within 14 days. The product must not have been used and be in its original box in resalable condition. The amount of refund will be the original purchase price less actual shipping & handling cost plus a 25% restocking fee.

Custom-ordered and custom assembled furniture is made and/or assembled to your specifications, so it is only returnable if it is defective or damaged when received. Please report any damage occurring from shipping immediately so a claim can be filed with the carrier.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION

Innovative Office Solutions, LLC requires that you use a return authorization number or the packing list received with the product that you are returning. Please use our on-line return request form, or simply call our customer service department at 952-808-9900, option 3.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Any type of special order cannot be returned, including furniture and more
  • Returns must be accompanied by a packing list, invoice, or return authorization
  • All returns must be in original packaging and salable condition
