RETURN POLICY
ON DEMAND PRODUCTS
On Demand items—including office supplies, janitorial and sanitation products, and technology products—may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Customers have 7 days from delivery to report any shortages or damaged items. Please note that certain products, such as food and calendars, are not returnable and are clearly marked in our catalog and online. Returns requested after 30 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
SPECIAL ORDERS
Furniture: Because furniture is subject to natural wear and tear, returns must be made within 14 days. The product must be unused, in its original box, and in resalable condition. Custom-ordered or custom-assembled furniture is made and/or assembled to your specifications and is only returnable if it is defective or damaged upon receipt. Please report any shipping damage immediately so a claim can be filed with the carrier.
Once we receive signoff on a design plan and proposed budget, your order will be placed. Due to the customization of many projects, once orders are placed, most products are not returnable. Modifications or cancellations may result in cancellation or restocking charges from our manufacturer partners; if such charges are incurred, we are required to invoice you. If a Scope of Work is included with this agreement, any costs resulting from changes to the scope (including additional requirements or restrictions placed on Innovative) will be added to the project price. When Innovative becomes aware of the nature or impact of the change, you will be notified and all project paperwork will be updated. A revised quote will then be issued for approval.
Branded Merchandise: Unless damaged or misprinted, custom-printed branded merchandise cannot be returned once proof approval is given. Most undecorated goods may be returned for a refund, account credit, or exchange.
Printed Materials: Printed materials cannot be returned after proof approval unless they are damaged or misprinted.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION
Innovative Office Solutions, LLC requires a return authorization number or the original packing list for any returned product. Please use our online return request form or call our customer service department at 952-808-9900, option 3.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Special-order items, including furniture, cannot be returned.
- Returns must be accompanied by a packing list, invoice, or return authorization.
- All returns must be in original packaging and in salable condition.
