Throughout the NHL season, Innovative partners with the Minnesota Wild to recognize an organization in the community. The MN Wild Charity of the Month program provides opportunities and exposure to important charities doing great work in the community. We are excited to announce the December Charity of the Month, Hope 4 Youth!
About Hope 4 Youth
HOPE 4 Youth is 501(c)3 nonprofit organization located in Minnesota that provides pathways to end youth homelessness in our community.
On any given night, there are more than 6,000 homeless youth in the State of Minnesota staying on the streets. Many of them right here in our community. They work hard to change the life trajectories of the youth experiencing homelessness who need us.
Whether they need basic necessities – food from the food pantry, clothes from the clothing closet, a hot shower, a hot, nutritious meal, or personal hygiene items – or help finding housing, securing employment, finishing their education, or accessing health care, the organiztation helps them find a path that allows them to move forward with their lives – no longer experiencing homelessness.

Housing
Connect youth to the resources they need to find and maintain housing (shelter, permanent, affordable, transitional, etc.)
Prevention
PreventionPartner with community providers and resources to connect youth to prevention services.
Outreach
OutreachMeet youth where they are in the community and provide them with assistance in real-time and on their terms.
Education/Employment
Education/EmploymentAssist youth with finding a career pathway and the education and employment opportunities to move forward.
