Innovative Themes

Each year Innovative launches a new company theme! The theme is an avenue for us to get creative with our brand and engage with our customers, employees and supply partners in a fun unique way – Bringing our brand to life in a fresh perspective!

Since 2011, Innovative Office Solutions has been featuring company employees in several marketing initiatives used throughout the year. Each summer the team heads to the studio for a full day of outfit changes, makeup and striking poses! For our 2020 theme – Powering Your Success, we are featuring our very own Accounting Manager, AR & Billing Coordinator, and System Analysts Supervisor on the catalog front cover.

Now… let’s take a stroll down memory lane!

2022 | Discover the Difference

At Innovative, we continually strive to make a difference in the lives of our customers and the organizations we partner with. We ultimately want our clients to thrive, grow and prosper as a result of working with us. In 2022, we aspire to showcase the unique differences that fuel our customer’s success, and we want you to discover the difference, and that’s Innovative.

2021 | Navigating the Future

As the workplace evolves, so will needs of the office, and keeping employees engaged and productive will be key. From newly designed work spaces and virtual meetings to health and wellness and employee morale, together we can help companies and their teams navigate the future, wherever they are!

2019 | IN News

We are turned Information to Inspiration in 2019! Our theme, IN News, was filled with expert correspondents in each category to make sure you stay up to speed on the latest workplace productivity news!

2017 | Clued IN

We took the beloved game of Clue and brought it to the modern workplace. Each month we featured a Clue character to represent one of our category offerings, oh and we couldn’t forget the true essence of the game – solving the crime each month!

2015 | Personalized Productivity

The theme for 2015 was all about Personalized Productivity. Customizing office solutions to increase productivity for our customers was at the forefront. We selected 10 office personas and created a highly unscientific online quiz to determine your office persona! We found that the Coffee Fanatic had the highest result for our quiz takers.

2013 | Hometown Teams

For our 2013 covers, we decided to showcase a few of our local sports partnerships. We’re the official office products supplier to the Minnesota Wild, Minnesota Vikings and Minnesota Twins. They’re our hometown teams and we are your hometown supplier of office products, so we brought that idea to life on the 2013 covers.

2020 | Powering Your Success

We strive to bring energy, passion and purpose to the workplace. Powering organizations to be their best and celebrating success every step of the way. Inspiring people to love what they do and who they do it with.

2018 | Gold IN Globes

Throughout 2018 we have had a fantastic time awarding Gold In Globe Awards to organizations that demonstrate outstanding office productivity and fit the mold of our Gold In Globe categories.

2016 | All IN

The All In 2016 theme included fun campaigns to reduce “election fatigue” and provided our customers with solutions to make businesses thrive. Bringing the theme full circle, we incorporated our All In theme into numerous marketing initiatives, culture in the office, events/activities our company is involved in and so much more!

2014 | Innovative On Tour

The theme for 2014 was Innovative On Tour – showcasing a few of our many employees that take center stage and perform for our customers. We printed multiple versions of the cover to feature more employees and put a few more faces to names. Equipped with Post-it Note covered guitars, banjos, fiddles, and mandolins, our team is ready to perform for you. Are you ready to come on tour with us in 2014?

2012 | Innovative GQ

In 2012 we decided to feature two “Best Dressed Men” in Post-it Note suits, inspired by a GQ magazine cover. The men featured in 2012 were Account Executive John Townsend, and Director of Educational Furniture Bob Nelson.

2011 | Post-It Fashion

In 2011, we thought we’d mix things up a bit and instead of pictures of office products on the covers, we’d feature our employees in a fun way. Our 2011 cover featured Account Executive Sarah Johnson showing off a custom made Post-it Note dress. This cover was inspired by a Vogue magazine style, and a dress that another Account Executive, Karla Gunderson, made for Sarah to wear in an employee “fashion runway contest.”
