Throughout the NHL season, Innovative partners with the Minnesota Wild to recognize an organization in the community. Our Charity of the Month Program provides awareness and exposure for the chosen non-profit over the course of one month. We are excited to announce the January Charity of the Month, Lifetrack!
About Lifetrack
Our community is at its best when we help each other thrive. It’s our connection to one another that makes success possible and gets us back on our feet after a setback. Yet, some of us do not have access to these important relationships – that’s where Lifetrack comes in. They partner with families to form community connections, develop webs of support, and build the resilience needed to power through life’s challenges. They do this in two distinct ways. First, their Child and Family Services provide building blocks needed to support the physical and mental well-being of the family. Second, their Employment Services expand educational horizons and open doors to meaningful employment and career opportunities. Together, they are working to end the disparities that divide us, making Minnesota communities a place where all families can thrive.
