DRA in partnership with City Center Realty Partners, CBRE and HGA were seeking to design and furnish a full floor Spec Suite at the Wells Fargo Plaza in Bloomington, MN. The vision of this space was to provide an attractive offering for prospective tenants. This thoughtful design includes independent suites, collaborative areas, a shared lounge and multiple conference rooms. Demountable walls by Teknion are programmed throughout the floor to offer flexibility, and each suite provides height adjustable desks with a variety of open and closed collaborative areas. This plug and play, move in ready suite brings vibrancy, energy and functionality to the plaza!

Scope of Work: Full floor spec suite design including independent suites, collaborative areas, conference rooms and shared lounge areas.
