BACKGROUND
Children’s Heart Clinic, a group of pediatric cardiologists and cardiovascular surgeons, is a center for the diagnosis and treatment of heart disease for in-utero, newborns, infants, children, and young adults. The group has multiple locations throughout the five-state area. Administrative functions are handled by professionals located in both Minneapolis and St. Paul.
OBJECTIVE
The organization was nearing the end of a lease arrangement for their copier/printers for multiple facilities. After much consideration, it was determined that they needed to find an option that could accomplish the following:

- Increase up-time of the machines
