TITLESMART: BRANDED PRODUCT, INVENTORY AND FULFILLMENT

TitleSmart is an organization of advocates, working together to create a world-class customized Title and Closing experience for our customers that reflects their values of positivity, caring, and responsiveness. From investing in the best systems to adding extra touches like yummy treats, gourmet coffee, and branded trinkets to each closing, TitleSmart embraces the mentality that closing on your house should be a positive, fun, and upbeat experience.

CHALLENGE

TitleSmart  faced several challenges in managing their stock program for branded items. With over 30 items in stock, they needed efficient inventory management, picking, packing, and fulfillment services. Additionally, they had to ensure the delivery of products to 9 office locations. One of the main challenges was maintaining a centralized location for all the branded products while also providing weekly inventory reporting and reorder recommendations. Lastly, they needed assistance in procuring products outside of the program items for various events, as well as managing a biannual employee pop-up store.
