Some payments can be cancelled or changed. 

  • Scheduled payments can be cancelled before they are processed. You can view all scheduled payments by clicking on the “Payment History” tab within eInvoice Connect. To cancel a payment, click the “Cancel” text to the right of the scheduled payment.
  • It’s important to note that credit card payments cannot be cancelled.
  • You can make changes to ACH payments until 2:00pm CST.
