PARTNERS TITLE: BRANDED PRODUCT, INVENTORY AND FULFILLMENT
BACKGROUND
Partners Title is a full-service title and closing company that has been redefining customer service and client support since their doors opened in 2002. They are dedicated to giving their customers the superior title and closing experience. Partners Title strives on a culture of continuous improvement. They keep their team and clients on top of industry trends so all can achieve their long-term goals and growth of business.
CHALLENGE
Partners Title has grown to twelve closing sites in the Twin Cities Metro are, southern Minnesota and western Wisconsin. They have a product offering of ten branded items that they supply to each location. Partners Title had initially been fulfilling these items themselves and reaching out to Innovative Office Solutions promotional products team whenever inventory levels ran low so they could replenish their product. As the number of locations grew this became increasingly more time consuming for office staff to handle internally.
OBJECTIVES
- Provide a centralized location for branded products to be stored
- Create a simple program that facilitates ease of ordering and access to branded products for all branch locations
- Produce individually packaged items for order requests
- Cut costs of branded products to meet budgetary requirements
SOLUTION
Innovative Office Solutions now manages the inventory, fulfillment and reordering for all of Partners Titles products. We set up a program where we order all their promo items in large quantities to save on costs. Each Partners Title location is now able to go online and place orders for product/s they are running low on. Innovative Office Solutions does the picking, packing and delivery of the product utilizing Innovative Office Solutions transportation specialists and fleet of delivery vehicles.
RESULTS
Partners Title staff is no longer burdened with the task of managing inventory and fulfillment of product. Allowing staff to focus on their daily tasks is imperative to running a first-class title and closing company. Innovative Office Solutions generates a weekly inventory report and notifies Partners Title when quantities are starting to run low. Innovative Office Solutions then orders the branded product, inventories the product and fulfills it on an ongoing basis.
