Lighting is a key factor in any facility, affecting safety, efficiency, and overall performance—from offices and warehouses to classrooms and sports stadiums. Below, we explore a strategic approach to lighting upgrades that can streamline everything from basic retrofits to major arena-wide transformations, ensuring your operation is always a step ahead.

Brighten Up Your Space

Energy-efficient lighting does more than brighten a space—it enhances productivity and reduces costs. Whether you’re upgrading to LED, retrofitting existing fixtures, or installing a complete lighting system, our team delivers high-quality, commercial-grade solutions. With access to over 100 manufacturers, we provide tailored options, from simple bulb replacements to full fixture relocations. Let us help you create a well-lit, energy-smart environment built to last.

RETROFITS

Upgrading outdated systems doesn’t have to mean starting from scratch. Retrofits allow you to replace older lamps and ballasts with modern, more efficient components—often without extensive rewiring or new fixtures. This approach not only cuts down on waste but also speeds up the transition to better, more reliable lighting.

LED BULBS

Enhance your facility’s illumination while lowering energy costs by switching to LED bulbs. Known for their long lifespans and excellent light quality, LEDs significantly reduce replacement cycles and maintenance expenses. Whether you need basic screw-in bulbs or specialized linear lamps, there’s an LED option for nearly every application.

FIXTURES

From sleek office panels to robust industrial high bays, choosing the right fixture can dramatically improve visibility and overall efficiency. Modern fixtures often offer adjustable settings and compatibility with smart controls, ensuring your lighting matches the demands of your space while minimizing power usage.

REPLACEMENT & RELOCATION

When it’s time to move or replace lighting equipment, a thorough plan saves both time and money. Whether you’re reorganizing your facility or phasing out outdated technology, expert assistance can streamline the process. Careful coordination ensures minimal downtime while upgrading to newer, more efficient solutions.

100+ MANUFACTURERS

Having access to a wide selection of products means you’re never limited by a single brand or design. Partnering with numerous manufacturers lets you customize your lighting system to suit specific needs, budgets, and aesthetic preferences. This variety ensures you get exactly what you need to make your space shine.

Stadium Lighting

Upgrade to LED sports lighting to tackle your biggest challenges while creating an unforgettable game-day atmosphere. With dynamic effects and superior illumination, LED technology enhances visibility, boosts fan engagement, and operates with a fraction of the energy—making it a win for both performance and efficiency.

Our Process

  • Discovery | We’ll gather key details about your stadium, such as dimensions, existing fixtures, and budget constraints. This initial phase ensures that all project requirements are understood before moving forward.
  • Create a Plan | We’ll identify the best lighting solution based on factors like brightness levels, energy goals, and durability. Having a clear strategy in place will set you up for successful project approval.
  • Project Approved | Once the plan is finalized, expect an 8–12 week lead time for materials to arrive. Scheduling in advance helps ensure your upgrades fit seamlessly into any upcoming events or maintenance windows.
  • Installation | When materials are on site, installation typically takes between 2–5 days. This streamlined approach minimizes disruption to your stadium’s schedule and gets you back to hosting games and events quickly.

The Future of Fluorescent Lighting

Fluorescent bulbs are being phased out due to environmental concerns, energy inefficiency, and new regulations. Many states have already banned compact fluorescent lamps (CFLs) to reduce mercury pollution and carbon emissions, pushing businesses and consumers toward more sustainable options.

HOW TO PREPARE FOR THE SHIFT

Covert to LED Tubes

LEDs use less energy, last longer, and provide better performance. Plus, rebates may be available to offset upgrade costs.

Minnesota Clean Lighting Bill

Minnesota recently passed the Clean Lighting Bill to help reduce hazardous waste, mercury pollution, and carbon emissions.. While compact fluorescent lamps (CFLs) will no longer be available for purchase, organizations can continue using their current stock of fluorescent screw-in bulbs and tubes. However, starting on these dates, they won’t be able to buy new mercury-containing lamps:

  • Starting January 1, 2025, the sale and distribution of screw- or bayonet-based CFLs will be prohibited.
  • Starting January 1, 2026, the ban will extend to pin-based CFLs and linear fluorescent lighting (T5, T8, T12).

Why an Upgrade Makes Sense Now

While the Clean Lighting Bill may be a driving factor for many organizations, there are broader benefits to modernizing your lighting:

  • Energy Savings: High-efficiency lamps and fixtures can drastically lower electricity bills.
  • Reduced Maintenance: Fewer replacements and simpler upkeep free your team to focus on critical tasks.
  • Visibility & Safety: Bright, consistent lighting boosts productivity and helps maintain a secure environment for workers, visitors, & sports fans.
  • Environmental Responsibility: Cutting down on hazardous materials and carbon emissions aligns with sustainability goals and corporate social responsibility.
