Recognizing that only 35% of girls aged 6-17 play sports, the foundation created the Purple Pak initiative. Inspired by Innovative’s late CEO, Jennifer Smith, this fund is dedicated to helping more girls get in the game, igniting their dreams and creating opportunities for them to excel in sports. By joining the Purple Pak, you can help break barriers and create opportunities, empowering more young girls to thrive in sports. Together, we can make a meaningful impact and get more girls IN the game!

The InSports Foundation
The InSports Foundation is dedicated to helping more kids participate in sports by removing barriers and creating accessible opportunities. Through financial assistance and sports programing, the foundation empowers children to embrace physical activity, nurture their mental well-being, and build confidence and resilience to become their best selves.
InSports Days
A primary focus of the foundation’s work is hosting InSports Days, which are unforgettable sporting events that inspire and engage kids. By partnering with school districts, professional sports teams, and players, these events come to life. Each InSports Day includes a “Be the Best You” session, which focuses on goal-setting, self-confidence, and self-regulation—equipping kids with the tools they need to thrive both on and off the field.
Scholarships
The InSports scholarship program is focused on providing financial assistance to young athletes to help cover the funds of participation, traveling, equipment, and more.
Team Sponsorships
The InSports team sponsorship program has been established by the foundation to support community teams and programs to have the opportunity to provide unforgettable sporting experiences for the youth they are serving.
